Because we are New Yorkers living away from New York, our assortment begins with the essential touchstones of early 20th Century New York deli. Simply put, NYDP is making the only authentic New York-style deli specialties unobtainable outside the dwindling handful of old-time delis remaining in New York. Sure, you can buy pastrami, corned beef or hash in most any market or deli today but they bear little resemblance to the wonderful tastes and textures from the golden age of New York deli. NYDP’s New York-style deli specialties are “imported by time machine” - reminding us why these American classic tastes became famous way back when.
