The food industry in Massachusetts, including value added farm produce, restaurants, and supermarkets, accounts for at least $16 billion dollars in sales to the Commonwealth's economy. The food sector alone is valued at over $8 billion dollars in sales a year and involves some 900 Bay State firms.

Many specialty food producers also rely on local agricultural products wherever and whenever possible for their recipes.

This dynamic non-profit organization promotes the specialty and value-added food industry in Massachusetts, and is the only association dedicated to promoting specialty foods and helping you succeed!
