Chips After Beer

Massachusetts Specialty Food Association presents an exciting event with Stacy Madison of Stacy's Pita Chips as our honored guest speaker. Stacy will speak about her exciting career as a food entrepreneur! We will also present Erica Eurkus, Director of Accion, USA, a micro business lender who has worked with many culinary entrepreneurs. And to start our evening off, we have a facility tour: the brewery where Sam Adams beer is made.

Date: Wednesday, October 18

Place: Sam Adams Boston Brewery Company: 30 Germania Street, Jamaica Plain, MA
and NCV kitchen: 31 Germania Street, Jamaica Plain, MA

Reservations: registration and event fee: $25 for MSFA members, $35 for guests
We are limited to 75 people. Please let us know your interest in this event by sending your registration and payment by Oct 9th.

Addendum/Update: The NCV incubator kitchen is scheduled to close as of January 2007, therefore we will not be touring the facility as a group. We encourage anyone who would be interested in viewing this wonderful kitchen to call Ted Nypaver, director, at 617 522-7900 x10.
