Please provide a brief description of your company and products. This information will be printed in the Show Guide if we receive it prior to Deadline. You might want to list some locations where your products can be purchased, if appropriate. Show management reserves the right to edit text as necessary.

Exhibitors have the
option of displaying under their own small tents, in the open air in
assigned locations, in the Hunnewell Building, or the attached three-season
tent. The Hunnewell Building and the three-season tent offer convenient
electricity and cooler temperatures for vendors displaying perishable
products. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first
served basis.
Each exhibiting company will receive the following:
Note: Exhibitors are not allowed to share booth space.
All products must be approved by Show Management.
Show Management will determine all booth locations.
Set Up Time 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Festival Hours 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Move Out
4:15 PM – 6:00 PM Display breakdown before 4:15 PM is prohibited
for safety reasons.
A complimentary exhibitor breakfast
will be supplied by the Massachusetts Specialty Food Association and
its members.

Refrigeration
There will be no refrigeration
available at the event. You must plan to bring coolers. Additional
information will follow in your exhibitor information packet.
Electricity and Water
There will be limited
access to portable water. Please plan to bring any water your
exhibit will require. There will be a limited supply of electricity
on-site. Booth space is assigned based on need for electricity.
You must express your need for electricity when you sign up for
space. Please plan to bring a long electrical extension cord (at
least 100 feet).

Massachusetts Marketplace Festival benefit the Massachusetts Horticultural
