Chef Yves in the news (3/2013)
MSFA member Chef Yves Bainier was featured in an article and video titled “Osterville Chef Shares Souffle Secrets” in the Jan. 30, 2013, edition of Cape Cod Online. See it here. In the video he demonstrates how he makes his ‘to die for’ sweet and savory soufflés that are available at Whole Foods and other locations.
MSFA Members make the New York Times! (12/2012)
Jim Koch of the Boston Beer Company and Carol Coutrier of The Launching Pad were featured in a New York Times article, “Making Small Business a Cause” on November 14, 2012 The story chronicles The Sam Adams Mentoring program Brewing the American Dream that helped Carlene O’Garo of Delectable Desires launch her vegetarian Cheesecake and Graham Cracker products.

MSFA Member Sarah Kline’s Blackbird Pie Company was mentioned five times in recent months:
Wicked Local Cambridge: Local Siblings Start Pie Company in Cambridge
Daily Candy’s Boston Holiday Gift Guide in their “Season Finale.”
Her pies also were included in a holiday food feature “Best of the New: Food” in the Boston Globe Magazine in December and on February 26 in an article titled “Siblings created Blackbird Pie Co and it has taken wing”.
And last but not least- in The Phoenix article “Not- so-Humble Pie” on Dec 14.
